SSI Science of Diving 



This program provides an in-depth and detailed study of physics, physiology, decompression theory, the aquatic environment and diving equipment. It is required training for most SSI Dive Professional programs, as well as some Extended Range programs. You will earn the SSI Science of Diving Specialty certification after completing this program.

The Dive Guide program is the first step on an exciting journey. Learn to safely lead certified divers in various environments and conditions.

SSI Divemaster Course


During the SSI Divemaster course you will learn how to work with divers, lead certified divers, and act as a dive guide showing divers underwater dive sites and the marine life that inhabits those dives sites. You will increase your knowledge about physics and physiology as well as increase your proficiency with your scuba and snorkeling skills. This program combines the SSI Dive Guide and SSI Science of Diving courses.

SSI Assistant Instructor Course


The SSI Assistant Instructor Course is designed to build on the Divemaster Program by gaining practical teaching experience, learning to prepare lesson plans, and give academic presentations. You will work with an instructor to gain experience teaching before moving on to the Open Water Scuba Diver Instructor level. Once you complete the Specialty Instructor training with a qualified Instructor Trainer, you can become qualified to teach several Specialty Diver courses.


PADI Dive Theory e-Learning




PADI Divemaster Course


Dive Theory eLearning is a comprehensive overview of dive physics, dive physiology, dive skills, environmental considerations, dive equipment, and decompression theory and the Recreational Dive Planner (RDP). Each section consists of multimedia instructional material followed by questions to review what you've learned.


*This is a prerequisite for the PADI Divemaster Course

The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities. Through knowledge development sessions, waterskills exercises and workshops, and hands-on practical assessment, you develop the skills to organize and direct a variety of scuba diving activities.
